‘Our Planet’ exhibition showcased Alison Johnson’s atmospheric and captivating natural scenes in oil in contrast to Amy Louise’s witty and whimsical animal portraits in mixed media. Both artists were in attendance for the opening in October.
Artist Alison Johnson
Atmospheric, dramatic and captivating, a painting by Alison Johnson injects a sense of movement, colour, light and balance to any space.
Hinting towards an ocean, moorland or landscape, Johnson’s oil paintings have been appreciated and collected on a global scale. Collectors of Johnson’s art reside in Italy, France, America, the UK and the Middle East, including The Waldorf Hotel in London and The Prince of Saudi Arabia. This Autumn, you may spy two of the artist’s paintings on the screen as they have been selected for Channel 4’s David Tennant Drama, Deadwater Fell.
